Stephen (Steve) Kilpatrick BFA™, CFP®

CEO

Steve Kilpatrick is a Behavioral Financial Advisor™ and CFP Board CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is a Registered Principal with the firm and is an Investment Advisor Representative. A graduate of Stetson University with a BBA in Accounting, Steve previously worked as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) focusing on corporate auditing and corporate/personal taxation.

Steve is a member of The Atlanta Estate Planning Council (AEPC), the Financial Services Institute (FSI) and The National Association of Christian Financial Consultants (NACFC.org). He has served on the Georgia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and also served on the Small Business Advisory Board for the Georgia Chamber of Commerce. He also volunteers with Atlanta's Junior Achievement.

The National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) is a national organization of professional estate planners and affiliated estate planning councils focused on establishing and monitoring the highest professional and educational standards. NAEPC fosters public awareness of the quality services rendered by professionals who meet these standards. NAEPC builds a team approach involving cross-professional disciplines to better serve the public's need in estate planning.

The Financial Services Institute (FSI) has a clear mission to ensure that all individuals have access to competent and affordable financial advice, products and services delivered by a growing network of independent financial advisors and independent financial services firms.

The Atlanta Estate Planning Council (AEPC) is an interdisciplinary organization of Atlanta-based advisors dedicated to promoting collaboration among professionals in the field of estate planning. These advisors include chartered life underwriters, trust officers, attorneys, certified public accountants, certified financial planners and other affiliated professionals engaged in estate planning.

The AEPC hosts a series of meetings throughout the year that include nationally prominent speakers presenting on topics of current relevance to its members. The AEPC also fosters open communication among its members to encourage a ‘team approach’ to estate planning, with the local community being the ultimate beneficiary of such collaborative efforts.

The AEPC is a member of the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils.
